Job Duties:
General farmhands for Crawfish, work includes: repair and maintain farm equip., shop, fields, levees, water maintenance & tractor driving. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up bait, bait traps; operate motorized boats; traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond. Load crawfish in truck and deliver to markets and unload; frequent stooping and lifting requirement of 40lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Housing provided at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and/or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
