Job Duties:

General farm worker needed for crawfish & rice. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and minor repair on fences along field roads. Field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of rice, drive tractor, sweep bins; cleaning up rice spills, spreading rice in bins, assist with loading/unloading rice trucks & general maintenance of rice bins. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; opérate Crawfish boat; repair traps, frequent stooping and lifting traps; lifting requirement of 40 lbs.;repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost,Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
