Job Duties:

Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, farm roads and fences. Crawfish to include cut up fish bait, operate motorized crawfish boat, bait traps; stooping and lifting traps from pond. Need to be good physical condition, weigh and tag; wash and grade; repair traps and working outside in inclement weather. Lifting requirement of 40 lbs., frequent stooping and repetitive movements. Rice to include: drive tractor; plow and plant fields. Cattle to include seasonal breeding of cattle in February and March; calves are sold to market; cut and bail hay. Caring for livestock to include riding horses to herd cattle, feed, water, and maintain animal housing area. All tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid for by the employer upon completion of %50 of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
