- Job Duties:
- Operations on this farm is two fold - ranch and farm work. Ranch work: Equipment operating blading roads and fence line Cleaning dry ponds Repair and replace fencing Putting up fencing Feed cows Service and maintain equipment Maintain water wells and attached water lines Farm work: crops - hay and cotton Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray and cultivate, harvest and store crops. Manual labor - irrigation of crops Work involves operating tractors, cotton strippers, hay bailers General maintenance of equipment and machinery

- Special Requirements:
- Must know GPS guidance. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting and walking. Frequent stooping or bending over. Must be able to lift 80lbs. Minimum of 3 months experience required. No minimum education required. Farm work requires experience with sprinkler irrigation system. Good general knowledge of farming. Fluent in Spanish will be a bonus. Must be able to obtain driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. Due to the liability of driving on roads and or/driving big expensive machinery, a drug screening and/or criminal background check will be required post-hire at the employers expense. Failure to pass drug screening and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment with our company. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience . Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
