- Job Duties:
- We produce grain and baled forages like alfalfa, straw, corn stalks to name a few. Employee will need to operate combines, silage choppers, trucks, tractors and loaders as needed. Employee must be able to complete routine repairs and maintenance on Claas choppers and combines, John Deere tractors, harvest trucks and other farm equipment. Must be able to work with center pivot irrigation, managing, maintaining and budget water rights. Employee will need to spread manure on fields. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases based on performance and longevity.
