- Job Duties:
- We are a 4500-acre Corn, Soybean, and cotton farm with modern John Deere equipment. We need additional seasonal employees to run self-propelled sprayer, fertilizer spreader, and tending both units. There would be some irrigation preparation, field preparation, possible seeding of soybeans, and corn. Employees will need to spray chemicals, insecticides, and fungicides, tend water, seed, and fertilizer, spread fertilizer pre-season and in season, side dress corn, assist with laying poly pipe for irrigation, mow field roads, haul grain to storage locations, field cultivate or disk and drill or plant crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
