Job Duties:

Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate motorized & push crawfish boats; reach or kneel for prolonged period of times; standing & walking for prolonged period of times; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond, walk levees and hand shovel to repair if needed; repair traps as needed, load & unload trucks, wash & grade, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements. Rice to include: Drive tractor, plow fields, patrols, maintain irrigation of ditches & levees, harvest rice crop and working outside in inclement weather conditions; Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost, housing provided on the premises at no cost; Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S
