- Job requires performing manual labor and driving tractors and operating farm equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate & apply fertilizer to crops as well as performing mechanical repair and maintenance. 3 months experience is required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license 3 months experience required with basic literacy, reading and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
