- Job requires agricultural duties such as the operation of large farm equipment to till soil, plant, fertilize and harvest crops. Employees must be able to perform mechanical repair and maintenance. Must be able to drive a semi-truck to transport grain and have 3 months of experience. Must have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on merit.
