Job Duties:

Workers will be clearing fields from the previous year, erecting and maintaining hot houses, filling plant boxes with hecho, planting seeds in planting boxes, transplanting into cups, watering plants in the hot houses, help with spreading fertilizer and preparing fields for planting, laying plastic, drip line, layflat, etc, planting plants in the fields, stick, tie and prune plants in the fields, hand harvest tomatoes and/or processing tomatoes which includes but not limited to: grading, packing, stacking, counting, labeling boxes, hauling culls off, cleaning and sanitizing the shed and all tools used, etc. Some tractor driving may be required. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
