- Job Duties:
- General farm workers needed for crawfish & general farm work. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate motorized crawfish boat; weigh & tag crawfish, wash & grade; assist loading crawfish trucks, repair traps as needed; drive tractor, repair levees when necessary, frequent stooping and lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and/or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
