- Job Duties:
- General laborers needed on crawfish farm. Crawfish duties include: harvesting crawfish from fields, transporting crawfish, washing, grading, preparing crawfish for bagging by cleaning and removing parts, inspecting for defects, repetitive movements, packaging, boxing, loading and unloading of trucks; weighing crawfish; prepare and package crawfish for sale or consumption, ice/freeze crawfish, cleanup, sanitize, and maintenance of worksite and equipment. The worker(s) may be requested but not required to work more than 7 hours per day and/or the Sabbath depending upon the conditions at the worksite, weather, and maturity of the crop. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
