- Greenhouse Operations - Trains workers in techniques related to planting, plant maintenance and shipping of finished product. Continually inspects and evaluates quality of crops, reviews employee's work to evaluate quantity/quality, initiating corrective actions as necessary. Farm Operations - Trains workers in techniques such as planting, harvesting, maintenance, grading, packing, and all other related tasks. Inspects and evaluates quality of crops. Reviews employee's work to evaluate quality/quantity, initiating corrective actions if necessary. General - Assist in preparation of payroll reports, piece rate tracking, and other information required. Conducts performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Maintains inventory of tools, equipment, packaging supplies ect. Ensures compliance with Food & Safety Standards and other relevant regulations.
