- Job Duties:
- Job duties include the operation of farm equipment to plant, and harvest crops. Employees will also perform general field work, maintenance on equipment, and weed control. Equipment that the employees will operate includes tractors, combines, and trucks. Duties also include manual labor such as maintenance at the shop yard house, shop repair, irrigation of crops, yard work at the farmstead, rolling out poly pipe, and punching holes in poly pipe. Must have 3 months of experience, basic English reading, literacy, and math skills, and the ability to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
