Job Duties:

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.  Crop/s: Corn, Soy Beans Equipment: Case IH Combine 8240, Case IH Tractors - Magnum 315 and 305, Case IH Quad Trac - 500 and 540, Case IH Sprayer, Tillage Equipment, Semi Truck - 2015 Freightliner Cascadia, 2 Semi Trucks - 2013 Volvos VNL640, Tillage equipment, Augers, 2 White Planters

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Minimum of (3) months experience required. Must be able to obtain a A CDL license within 30-90 days of hire. No minimum education required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment.
