- Job Duties:
- Job duties include the operation of tractors, sprayers, combines, and cotton pickers to plant, spray, and harvest crops. Duties also include irrigation such as pivots, poly pipe work, and maintenance of equipment used for irrigation. Manual labor includes water drainage with shovels, shop labor, general building repair, equipment preparation, maintenance, and irrigation. Drive semi truck to transport crops to the storage area. Employees will work with augers for grain handling and perform work in grain bins. Must be able to obtain drivers license within 30 days of hire and have 3 months of experience. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
