- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating large gps auto steer farm equipment, tractors, combines and sprayers to till soil, plant, fertilize, & harvest crops as well as performing maintenance and welding. Employees will do manual labor such as walking, lifting parts for repairs of farm machinery and implements, shovels and other hand tools in maintaining land and equipment. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months experience are required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
