Job Duties:

Job duties include transportation of crop protection products supporting our farming businesses; assisting with the loading of sprayers and dry fertilizer equipment; employees will operate farm equipment such as trucks, trailers, tractors, sprayers, grain carts, combines, etc.; will be loading & unloading trucks; and cleaning the storage facilities. Duties also include basic fabrication, welding, and torch work; farm property and shop maintenance; which may include mowing, tree trimming, chainsaw work, weeding, and cleaning of equipment and facilities; and mechanical repair and routine maintenance of farm equipment. Farm operations will also include harvesting, grain cart, tillage, and animal husbandry. Employees must be able to operate equipment on public roads and obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Six months experience is required and basic English literacy, reading, and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on merit.
