- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating farm equipment (tractors, combine, sprayers) to prepare land, plant, spray, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops and prepare the land for next season. Applicants need to be able to perform yard and mechanical work, maintenance on equipment, house and building repairs, and washing equipment. Drive automobiles and semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months of experience are required. Applicants must be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
