Job Duties:

Neese Inc needs seasonal help to assist with our agricultural operations. We need seasonal employees to assist with harvesting grain crops. We also have a custom manure pumping, hauling business for which we need employees as well. Employees will need haul harvested crops from fields to their nutrient basis. Employees will need to drive tractors, semi-tractor/trailer combination and other farm equipment including skid loaders and payloaders. Employees will also need to use grain vac equipment. Employees need previous experience operating and understanding tractor operations on a farm. We need employees to have prior diesel mechanical experience.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting, pushing, pulling, frequent stooping, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular drivers license and be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. We require 3 months experience.
