Job Duties:

Job duties include the operation of farm equipment to plant, irrigate, and harvest crops. Equipment includes tractors, combines, sprayers, pickup trucks, and semi trucks with hopper bottom/water trailer. Employees will load and unload trucks for hauling crops to grain elevators. Job duties also include manual labor such as laying poly pipe for irrigation, performing maintenance and repairs on equipment, washing and cleaning equipment, mowing grass, and maintaining grounds of the farm, grain elevator, and shop areas. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire and have 3 months of experience. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

Special Requirements:

Employees will be operating equipment, hooking up equipment, changing tires, climbing on equipment, and inspecting equipment which may result in exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stopping or bending over, repetitive movements, and lifting heavy items. Moderate cell phone us is allowed at the worksite.
