- Job Duties:
- This is a full-time position. Worker will perform job duties associated with installing, removing, and repairing agricultural/Ranch fences (Barbwire fence, game fences, net wire fences, water gaps, etc.) and gates within the worksite areas. This requires using hand and power tools in outside conditions associated with Texas climate such as winds, dust, cold, heat, and snow. Worker will load, unload, and prepare materials for Job, will take down metal post and remove all damaged or old fencing and debris obstructing their path. Workers will measure and lay out ranch fence lines to establish fence location based on instructions, drawings, or specifications, gather information needed to ensure there are no electric, gas/oil, communication, water, or sewer lines within the area, dig trenches and post holes using post hole diggers or power-driven augers., stretch wire and assemble gates, perform basic welding, as well as mixing and pouring concrete and painting fence as needed.

- Worker must be able to handle extreme temperatures, be able to lift 50 lbs, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive standing, and frequent stooping. Possess the ability to work quickly, safely, and consistently alongside fellow workers with a positive, professional, team-based attitude. 1 year experience required. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job are provided without charge. 8:00 am to 5:00 PM is normal hours, however, the worker may be requested but not required to work additional hours per day and the Sabbath and/or federal holidays and Saturday and Sunday depending on the conditions of the weather and delays.
