Job Duties:
Job duties include wash, maintain, and repair farm and hauling equipment. Upon hire, random drug screening (paid for by employer); 3 months experience required in similar occupation; must be able to lift 50 pounds; exposure to extreme temperatures; repetitive movements; extensive stooping. Base hours offered is 40 hours offered; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season. Performance bonus may be offered at the end of the season based on profitability of season. Las tareas incluyen lavar, mantener y reparar el equipo agrícola y de acarreo.
