- Must have experience in picking packing pruning crops, apples, peaches, plums, pears, squash, cukes, tomatoes and other veg crop. will also have to hoe, weed, plant, thin, and care for crops. duties include handling ladders with picking buckets that weigh 20+ lbs, under extreme conditions at times work is physical demanding, requiring workers to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis. duties may require workers to be off the ground up to 20 feet using ladders. 1 months experience required in duties listed.
