- Use heavy equipment to clear brush. Maintaining the equipment. Vaccinate, brand, work cattle and horses. Riding horse to gather, sort & move cattle. Duties may include tending to farm & ranch animals, plant & harvest crops, repair farm structures & fences, clean & maintain animal housing areas & grounds. Exposure to extreme temp, repetitive movements, extensive pushing, pulling walking and frequent stooping Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs frequently
