- Operates self-propelled custom class harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops such as wheat, canola, soybeans, milo, corn; adjusts speed of cutters, blowers and conveyers and height of cutting head, using hand tools; changes cutting head as appropriate for crops; drives heavy truck with manual transmission to transport crops to elevator or storage area; drives transporter truck to haul harvesting machines between worksites; services machinery and makes in field repairs; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
