Job Duties:

Hand Pick cherry, apples or pear fruit from fruit trees. using 8-10 ft. ladder. Must be able to climb a ladder, pick the fruit, and place it in a picking bag then emptying the picking bag into a bin. Care must be taken when picking fruit to not damage or bruise the fruit. Physical ability to perform manual labor and willingness to work outdoors. Have years of experience picking fruit.

Special Requirements:

Have past experience working in Agriculture. Thinning apples and pears manually. Picking fruit manually using a ladder to climb up and down to pick fruit from tree. Able to pick cherries and able to carry (25lbs. lug) Able to carry 40-50 lbs. of fruit using a picking bag then emptying it into a plastic or wood bin. (for apples and pear harvest.) Able to pick fruit in a gentle responsible manner to avoid bruising or damage to fruit. Able to work outside in hot weather. Must be responsible, reliable, and hard worker.
