- Job Duties:
- Drive and operate tractors with towed scale monitored feeder wagons to feed cattle daily and perform farm activities such as planting, harvesting or chopping feed for cattle. They cut/ rake/bale forage for the animals and feed cow/calves. Worker will help calve out the cattle herd and care for new born. Tagging, branding and vaccines will need to be given to cattle and routine maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings and grounds. Fencing will need to be done as well as moving cow/calf pairs to the pastures. Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. No Educational level required. Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors.
