- Job Duties:
- Weeding out organic crops (corn and soybeans). Hand-weed, along with cultivating, rotary hoeing, and using other hand tools to control weeds. Must be able to identify weeds. Walking for long periods of time throughout the day. Must be able to repetitively stoop, push, pull, and bend. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds 50 yards.
