- Job requires operating large farm equipment, tractors, combines and sprayers to cultivate, fertilize, and harvest crops; performing mechanical repair and maintenance; and driving semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months of experience are required. Applicant must have, or be able to obtain a driver's license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
