Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Job requires driving tractors and operating farm equipment such as a backhoe to perform duties including but not limited to tilling soil & harvesting crops. Duties also include the ability to drive, load, and unload semi-trucks (no cdl required), as well as handling grain, and welding. Must have mechanical skills & perform maintenance on the equipment. Applicant must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 10 days after hire. 6 months experience and the ability to lift 50 pounds is required. Time will be provided for break and lunch each day. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
