Job Duties:

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Perform a variety of duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Equipment: tractor, trucks, combine Crops: Corn, Silage, Sugar Beets

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers expense due to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Frequent stooping is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
