Job Duties:

Perform duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant and cultivate plants. Transport product/plants to storage area inside and outside of employer owned greenhouse facilities as well as different farms belonging to the nursery. Load and unload carts of product/plants on trucks and transport to stores and market facilities. Harvesting, cleaning, watering, preparing and lifting potted plants in greenhouse setting. Equipment: Tractor Crops: Annuals, Bulbs, Perennials

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen and criminal background check post hire at employer's expense due to company policy. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
