Job Description

- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal help to assist with livestock, feed while confined for calving, and crop production including harvesting and post activities for corn, soybeans, hay, silage and winter wheat. Employees will operate tractors, combines, dozer, skid steer, manure spreader, tillage tools, grain carts and other farm equipment to harvest and haul harvested crops to storage locations. Employees will need to be able to do infield repairs and routine maintenance on equipment. May be required to build and maintain fences, assisting in shop work, general farm and ground maintenance, field tile installation, mowing, and other routine farm duties. Assist with cattle breeding, confine for calving, health checks, feeding while confined for calving, cleaning for pens and administering vaccinations. Operate a truck and trailer to haul harvested crops and other farm products to grain bins and storage locations. Load and unload trucks, clean trucks and complete logs and pre-trip inspections. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience at employer’s discretion.
