- Job Duties:
- Drive tractors and operate farm equipment to till soil, cultivate, & harvest crops. Perform mechanical repair and maintenance. Drive semi-truck to transport product to elevator or storage area. Must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days of hire. 3 months experience required with basic literacy reading and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
