Job Duties:

Job duties include the operation of various farm equipment to harvest and transport crops to the storage area. Equipment that employees will operate includes combine, tractor, grain cart, 18 wheelers, and forklift. Duties include manual labor such as servicing equipment, cleaning around the shop and farm, using hand tools in fields, weed eating, mowing grass, and pressure washing when necessary. Employees must have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire; 3 months of experience, and basic English literacy, reading, and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

Special Requirements:

Employees must be able to lift 100 pounds since they will be laying pipe and setting underground equipment. Employees will also be required to meet the marked tasks as they may apply when performing duties on the farm. Criminal background check may be done post hire at the employer's expense to ensure safety on and around the worksite.
