- Job Duties:
- General farmhands for Rice. Work includes: Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads; field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of rice & driving tractor; upkeep of rice bins. Job involves frequent stooping, lifting sweeping and working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, supplies & equipment furnished at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
