Job Duties:
Performs any of the following seasonal tasks to attend to livestock: Move cattle out of summer pasture in October. Work and vaccinate cattle. Weaning. Feed cattle. Haul cattle to sales barn. Maintain feed equipment. Check cattle for illness/injuries. Corral cleaning/change bedding. Checking/opening frozen water tanks. Prep cattle and barn for calving. Calving. Repair/maintain cattle fencing. At the end of the season, haul cattle back to summer pasture. Drive to town to pick up cattle supplies.

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Must be able to lift a 75 pound calf. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers expense due to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
