- Job Duties:
- Rice to include Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Drive tractor to prep fields, ditches, plowing and land leveling. may walk fields to pull red rice. Crawfish to include manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate motorized crawfish boats; drive tractor; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond; lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Transportation & subsistence costs will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
