Job Duties:
Employer needs Twenty (20) H-2A Workers ("Workers") to Cultivate, Pollinate, Prune, Thin, Transplant, Harvest & Pack Lemon, Date & Fruit Trees & their crops. Workers will perform agricultural & horticultural labor or services of a temporary & seasonal nature. Workers will work outdoors, Monday-Saturday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm in a variety of weather conditions including Arizona's extreme heat. Workers must have 3 months' work experience & must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Employer will furnish, at no cost to Workers, all necessary tools, materials, supplies & equipment ("Tools") required by the work. Tools may include shovels, gloves, backhoes, trenchers, tree spades, chain & hand saws, clippers & pruning shears.
