Job Duties:

Crops: Onions. Duties may include harvest and cultivated crops in field as necessary. Weeding and thinning property. Within packing facility: pull bin tags before bin is placed in production area, submit all classified bin tags to main office, operate bin filler and ensure each bin is full to then place proper bin tag with sie classification before being pulled out for storage, inform bin fillers regarding malfunction and clear jams, drive forklifts, perform maintenance and equipment checks daily, bring undamaged, empty pallets to palletizer transport full pallets in queue for shipping, bring empty bins and remove such from production lines once full. Ensure onion bag is properly sealed and positioned, clear jams to restore flow of palletizer. Assist with bagging onions to then place bag tags and stack. Keep all work zones clean and free of debris and trash, take out of trash & other related Onion packer activities as per Soc/OES 45-2092. Onion Packer All Applicants must be able, willing qualified to perform work describe & must be available for entire period. By Bybee Produce, LLC. Possible shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. May be possibility of weekend work. On the Job training provided. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 40 lbs, may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit , stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean, equip, grounds, area. Tools supplies and equipment provided at no cost to worker. FORKLIFT DRIVER :Move appropriate pallets around cold storage, from cold storage to trailer or trailer to cold storage. Stack and restack product as required. Load trailer according to pick list. Return unused product to cold storage immediately to proper location. Complete necessary paperwork to satisfy order. Perform functions and instructions as instructed by Shipping Lead Person or Supervisor. Overtime and work on the sabbath may be offered, but not required. Night Shift will work a minimum of 4 hours of Sanitation. *Back up in case of absence will be covered by: Yard Dog Lead. * It is the employee's responsibility to adhere to and enforce all food safety policies and procedures as they relate to their specific job functions.• Must have Forklift Certification. TALLY ATTENDANT:Fill out pallet tickets and maintain accounting of packaged product. Communicate with Production and Sales personnel to maintain production flow in conjunction with Sale's requirements. Assure each pallet has a pallet ticket before leaving production area. Separate tickets according to grower, size, label and forward with appropriate paperwork to accounting department. Be able to work overtime, and weekends Saturday, and Sunday when required.*Back up in case of absence will be covered by: Tally Lead * It is the employee's responsibility to adhere to and enforce all food safety policies and procedures as they relate to their specific job functions. PROCESSING ATTENDANT: Must be trainable in area of safety, GMP's and other job duties. Have good understanding of company policies and plant operations. The ability to work with people. Good communication skills. Be able to perform all functions of a Production employee. Prepare work force and equipment for start-up. Monitor productivity of operation. Ensure all equipment and personnel are operating safely.
