- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal help during the hatching season of exotic poultry. Employees will need to gather the eggs, build nesting boxes, sanitize the incubators, hatcher, barns and pens. Operate incubators/hatcher, adjust temperature, humidity and handle the eggs. During November to December employees will handle and care for the young chicks. During January and early February employees will need to separate, sex and prepare birds for shipping. Employees will need to drive semi-trucks to haul the birds to shipping locations. After birds are shipped employees will need to sanitize the pens and barns for the next season.
