- Upon arrival the workers will be grading potatoes both in the potato house and in the field. Other duties include, sorting and packing potatoes, cleaning around equipment, filling masters with finished product, and stacking them onto a pallet. Other duties include, fruit and vegetable work such as, sowing seeds, weeding, and picking peas, string beans, blueberries, strawberries. 1 months experience required in duties listed.
