- Drive and operate large farm equipment to till soil, plant crops, and tend to livestock which includes; feeding, loading animals, and administering medications. Must have mechanical skills to perform maintenance on equipment and six months of experience is required. Must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
