- Job Duties:
- Job duties include preparing scale tickets, monitoring to ensure compliance with moisture and grade standards; transferring grain to proper storage location; transporting grain from elevator as required and transferring grain from storage bins to truck bins prior to shipment; operating augers and conveyors; clearing grain from automatic conveyor system that is causing jams, stoppages, or gaps in grain movement; performing housekeeping duties to ensure that storage locations are properly maintained; performing maintenance & minor miscellaneous repair on augers, grain bins and other tools involved with the storage of grain. Must be able to climb vertical grain leg. 1 month of experience required. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience, merit, and employer discretion.
