- Job Duties:
- Responsible for pecan harvest. Rake and collect nuts after the shaker have shaken them to the ground. Pick up in buckets and place in bins. Must be able to work long hours and work under all types of weather conditions (cold, heat, wind, wet, etc.). Workers should expect occasional periods of little or no work because of weather, crop, or other conditions beyond the employer's control. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath. Alcohol/drug-free workplace
