Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Assisting with pushing, loading and moving manure with skid steer, front end loader during winter months; shoveling manure by hand; moving manure into piles, add water, aerate manure; assist with composting manure for two months while manure turns into fertilizer; move composted fertilizer into piles; load fertilizer onto truck; move composted manure to fields in the spring; clean, service, and repair tractors, spreaders, and trucks during summer months; assist with spring calving of baby calves from mother cows; monitor calf health, administer medicine as necessary for survival; wean calves; sort calves to be taken to market and sold; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
