Job Duties:
Job duties include working with livestock which includes but is not limited to feeding cattle; monitoring cattle; shredding and providing corn stalks for bedding cattle; keeping the vaccination program up to date as the cattle arrive during the winter months; unloading cattle as they are bought in the winter months; and loading cattle once it is sold. Employees will operate a tractor in order to pull a bale shredder for the purpose of bedding the cattle as well as a pay loader to push snow out of feed alleys and farm driveways. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
