Job Duties:

Dig hole to erect farm fence. Cultivate & transplant citrus, fruit & nut tree. Tip & prune avocado tree. No ed/ training req'd but 3 mos exp req'd cultivating budding of tree by carefully collecting specific rounded budded twig specie beginning to harden but not young bud from current growth flush. Use hand tool to trim budwood at 8-12" length according to specie of budwood & immediately insert into proper hardy & vigorous growing rootstock during vegetative not dormant stage. Make bark incision at best location & particular incision pattern for specific specie of rootstock. Must recognize appropriate specie. Loading & unloading.

3 months exp in cultivating budding of trees. Must recognize from previous experience approximately #30 species of trees from which to take the buds & bud sticks and approximately # 4 species of rootstock, which buds and bud sticks to match to what specie of rootstock. Drug test paid for by employer, post hire.
