- Job Duties:
- Warehouse work: Packaging- ability to work with packaging, conditioning and treating equipment. Ability to label seed bags, lift pallets, hang mini bulk bags, fill bags with seeds, operate cordless drill to fix sign holders on boxes, lift up to 50 lb. bags of seed. Warehouse- ability to fix and repair pallets. Ability to sample and retag box and bag product. Ability to build and band Tri-Wall boxes. Spanish Version: (Espanol) Trabajo de almacén: Embalaje: capacidad para trabajar con equipos de embalaje, acondicionamiento y tratamiento. Capacidad para etiquetar bolsas de semillas, levantar paletas, colgar mini bolsas a granel, llenar bolsas con semillas, operar un taladro inalámbrico para fijar soportes de letreros en cajas, levantar bolsas de semillas de hasta 50 libras. Capacidad de almacén para arreglar y reparar palets. Capacidad para muestrear y volver a etiquetar la caja y la bolsa del producto. Capacidad para construir y agrupar cajas Tri-Wall.

- Special Requirements:
- All workers hired must be 18 years of age or older and have passed a post hire drug test, paid for by the employer. Forklift training will be provided on site. Workers should expect occasional periods of little or no work because of weather, crop, or conditions beyond the employer's control. These periods can occur anytime throughout the season. Due to the type of work involved, there is a probationary period of five (5) days beginning with the first day of employment, to show the possession of the requisite physical strength and endurance to perform this type of work.
